Founder's Permanent Charitable Gift · Irrevocable & Non-Negotiable

26% of Halix will always belong to Manee Foundation.

Before anything else about Halix Bharat Limited, you should know this: 26% of total equity has been permanently and irrevocably gifted to Manee Foundation by the founders and promoters. This is the single most important fact about Halix's ownership structure.

🔒
Non-Dilutable
The 26% stake held by Manee Foundation will never be diluted by future capital rounds, splits, or restructuring. Its percentage is protected as a floor, permanently.
🚫
Non-Transferable
This gift cannot be reversed, transferred back, or converted to any other form. It is a promoter's commitment to charity — not a commercial instrument. No board resolution can undo it.
♾
Perpetual & Future
All future companies, subsidiaries, and entities formed by the StenJaan–Halix group will also automatically gift 26% to Manee Foundation. This is a group-wide, generation-spanning commitment.
★

Why this matters: A company whose founders permanently gave away 26% to charity — with no conditions, no exceptions, no exit — is a company whose founders are not driven purely by personal wealth accumulation. That is the kind of integrity that builds institutions. Manee Foundation's 26% also means its beneficiaries (society, community, nature) are permanent co-owners of Halix's success.

What people ask first.

Is this page an offer to invest?
No. This page is not an offer or invitation to subscribe to securities. Any offer of shares in Halix Bharat Limited will be made only to identified persons, by a private placement offer letter under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013. The planned public listing will be made only by a prospectus under SEBI regulations. Registering here simply tells us you would like to hear from our investor relations team.
What happens after I register?
Someone from our investor relations team contacts you personally. Registering is not an application for shares and creates no commitment on either side. No offer documents, valuations or terms are issued through this website.
What stage is the company at?
Halix Bharat Limited was incorporated in 2025 and is pre-revenue. The first integrated energy station — captive solar, battery storage, EV charging and a Highway Haven — is targeted for March 2027, and four manufacturing plants are planned. The company’s projections, clearly labelled as projections, are on the Financial Information page.
When is the public listing planned?
A listing on the BSE and NSE Main Board is targeted for FY 2028–29. That is a plan, not a commitment: it depends on SEBI eligibility and approvals, on the company’s progress, and on market conditions. Details are on the Stock Information page.
What is Manee Foundation and why does it hold 26%?
Manee Foundation is an independent charitable foundation established by the promoters and founders of StenJaan Group (the parent of Halix Bharat Limited). 26% of Halix equity has been permanently and irrevocably gifted to Manee Foundation — this is a founder's promise of charity, not a commercial decision. The 26% stake is non-dilutable (it will never go below 26% due to future rounds), non-transferable (it cannot be moved out of Manee Foundation), and permanent (no board resolution or shareholder vote can reverse it). This gifting of 26% is what makes Halix structurally unique: its largest charitable stakeholder is also its most permanent one.
Is any return promised?
No. Halix is a new company and equity in any early-stage business carries a real risk of loss. We do not promise, project or illustrate investor returns on this website.
