Halix is a new company in its build-out phase, with no operating revenue yet. The first integrated energy station is targeted for March 2027. Every forward-looking number on this page is a projection, and is marked as one.
Halix Bharat Limited was incorporated in 2025 as part of the StenJaan Group. It is promoter-held, has not closed an external funding round, and has no operating revenue yet. Nothing below is a record of past performance — it is the plan.
Halix plans to deploy capital with a growth-and-infrastructure-first approach — maximising network density, manufacturing capability and technology moat before IPO.
| Use of Funds | Allocation |
|---|---|
| R&D and battery manufacturing setup | 35% |
| Network expansion (stations and infrastructure) | 30% |
| Working capital and operations | 20% |
| Technology (App, BMS, cloud platform) | 10% |
| Corporate and administration | 5% |
Halix has no revenue today. FY 2026-27 is the build-out year that ends with the first integrated station. Years 1 to 5 follow the company’s detailed project report for the battery and BaaS business; the last three rows extend that curve as an outlook. Network, storage, green power and hospitality revenues come on top and are not yet modelled here.
