Common questions

How far apart are Halix charging points?
One every 100 km, on both carriageways of the highway, so coverage is predictable in either direction rather than dependent on which side of the road you are travelling. 2,500+ network points are planned.
Which vehicles can charge at a Halix station?
The stations run multi-standard fast chargers sized for two-, three- and four-wheelers and light commercial EVs. Live availability and slot booking are handled in the Halix app.
What happens when the grid is down?
Every site is backed by on-site BESS and fed by captive renewable generation, so charging does not wait on the grid. That combination is what keeps the plug green as well as available.
I own highway-front land. How does the FOCO model work?
Under the Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated model the landowner funds and owns the asset while Halix operates, maintains and supplies energy to it end-to-end. Revenue comes from both charging throughput and the co-located Highway Haven retail and hospitality.
